Terms & Conditions for Stanusch Dynamic Search

1.1 SOVVA SPÓŁKA AKCYJNA offers chatbot services using Stanusch Dynamic Search technology including but not limited to design, development, implementation, and maintenance of chatbot systems for clients ("Clients").

1.2 The Services provided by SOVVA SPÓŁKA AKCYJNA may be subject to change, modification, or discontinuation at any time without prior notice.

2.1 Clients engaging SOVVA SPÓŁKA AKCYJNA for Services must provide accurate and complete information necessary for the development and implementation of the chatbot.

2.2 Clients are responsible for ensuring the content provided for use in the chatbot complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and privacy rights.

2.3 SOVVA SPÓŁKA AKCYJNA reserves the right to refuse or suspend Services if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the Client's use of the Services violates these Terms or any applicable laws.

3.1 SOVVA SPÓŁKA AKCYJNA retains all intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and patents, related to the Services provided.

3.2 Clients retain ownership of their content provided for use in the chatbot. However, by using the Services, Clients grant SOVVA SPÓŁKA AKCYJNA a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute the content for the purpose of providing the Services.

4.1 SOVVA SPÓŁKA AKCYJNA respects the privacy of its Clients and users. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and disclose personal information.

5.1 SOVVA SPÓŁKA AKCYJNA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising out of the use or inability to use the Services.

6.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

7.1 SOVVA SPÓŁKA AKCYJNA reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Clients are responsible for regularly reviewing these Terms. Continued use of the Services after any modifications to the Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
